Job Description

Located in the northern Chicago suburbs along the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan, our entities include: Evanston Hospital, Glenbrook Hospital, Highland Park Hospital, Skokie Hospital, Research Institute, Foundation and Medical Group.

We are currently seeking a Manager, Planning/Business Development for our Business Development department. This position is located at the Corporate office in Evanston, with easy access to the CTA and METRA.

In this role, you will: *Manage strategic planning projects for priority growth areas by working with clinical and administrative leadership to develop comprehensive business plans for new programs and/or performance review and recommendations for improvement to existing programs *Assist senior management in the development of corporate-wide analysis of economic, demographic, and governmental trends affecting business performance; present findings as appropriate *Provide assistance in the development of corporate strategy and new business development projects

Our ideal candidate will have: *Masters degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration or a related field; marketing/strategy focus preferred *Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate planning, marketing, market research, quantitative analysis, financial management, systems development, and/or consulting preferably in a healthcare organization *Proven experience managing large programs and projects *Excellent oral, written and analytical skills
