Arrowhead Behavioral Health is seeking an energetic, outgoing, compassionate Outpatient Coordinator. The Outpatient Coordinator provides routine non-acute care for the patients while fostering a positive sober living environment. Creates monthly sober-living schedule and ensure staffing coverage for scheduled activities. Maintain daily care items for lodging patients. Lead education groups in conjunction with other licensed clinical staff. The Outpatient Coordinator ensures follow-up to patient care needs outside of treatment hours. Coordinates transportation needs to take patients to and from groups, meals and other activities. The Outpatient Coordinator counsels individual patients regarding psychological or emotional problems such as stress, substance abuse, or family situations and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans in medical setting and works with the patient and family to create a discharge plan for the patient. The Outpatient Coordinator also uses therapeutic interventions to assist the patient in crisis situations. The Coordinator assist the Director of Clinical Services in the supervision of the outpatient staff.
