JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse Clinic Nurse Supervisor Dermatology LOCATION: AMBULATORY CARE CENTER DEPARTMENT: Dermatology WORK SCHEDULE: Days WORK TYPE: Full Time
JOB SUMMARY: Works with the Operations Director to provide administrative leadership assistance. Responsible for day-to-day operational activities, human resources management, patient safety, and performance improvement, as well as all regulatory requirements. Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the Medical Center in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient satisfaction. Reports to the Operations Director. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Demonstrates strong analytical, strategic, and tactical planning skills. Demonstrates excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrates leadership, facilitation, coaching, and networking skills. Demonstrates decision-making and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates a working knowledge of all relevant software for clinical and business software systems. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Registered Nurse currently licensed in Pennsylvania required. Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, business, or related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum two (2) years in related field of nursing required. Maintenance of clinical competence in assigned clinical area required. Previous management experience required. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is typically performed in an clinical/office environment. Some travel may be required.
