Policy Director, Federal Affairs
America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP)
At the direction of the Senior Vice President, Federal Affairs, the Policy Director provides policy expertise on legislative issues in support of America’s Health Insurance Plans operating departments and member organizations. The incumbent is responsible for developing background analysis and information that contributes to policy development; assisting in the preparation of concise analyses of key issues; closely monitoring and analyzing federal legislative initiatives, health policy developments, and pursuing other duties in support of America’s Health Insurance Plans’ advocacy efforts.
