Rockford Center is Delawareâ€™s first private psychiatric facility and remains a leader in providing behavioral health care services and continues its commitment to providing quality health care.Â Rockford Center, a 138-bed acute psychiatric hospital continues to provide a full continuum of behavioral health services to geriatrics, adults, adolescents, and children.
The C.N.A. will provide direct patient care to geriatrics and adults with psychiatric disorders as well as dual-diagnosis patients to ensure their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide general nursing assistance, appropriate to patientsâ€™ age and as assigned and supervised by charge nurse.
Monitor vital signs and assist patients with activities of daily living.
Performs activities with the patients safely.
Assisting with dressing changes as needed.
Monitor unit patients and complete rounds as assigned.
