We are currently accepting applications for a Sterile Processing Manager. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, Perioperative Services, then Manager of Sterile Processing assumes overall responsibility for the management of the Sterile Processing Department. This employee is accountable for the department’s day-to-day operation and performance, budget, and staff management including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating staff. The Manager is responsible for quality control, compliance with regulatory standards, infection prevention, asepsis protocol, and other operating standards. The Manager develops, implements, and administers staff policies and procedures.
