The director should have a terminal degree (MD, PhD, JD, or other relevant degree) as well as a record of successful leadership and management in the field of population health and expertise in applied research and evaluation. Candidates must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines in the Tenure or Clinical Health Sciences (CHS) track, in a department that aligns most closely with the background and expertise of the incumbent.
