Conducts data investigation, reporting development and interpretive analytics related to continuous improvement initiatives. Supports operational improvement by developing and maintining metric platforms. This position provides analytical support for projects; researches, analyzes and reports data to support problem identification and resolution. Assists frontline leaders in developing solution scenarios, provides complex analytical and project management support aligning with appropriate leadership. Assists with methods to track and analyze project outcomes tieing results to financial and strategic objectives. Plays a key role in working with teams to create a culture of systems thinking and continuous improvement drawing upon proven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizan, TPS, etc.) to achieve CHRISTUS Health operational and strategic goals.
Assists in data validation and 555 plan evaluation
KPI baseline establishment and monitoring
Independent complex data analysis to support continuous improvement objectives
Technical support and assistance for performance improvement teams, coaching when appropriate
Financial impact modeling and reporting on performance improvement activities
Assist in didactic training on performance improvement tools and methodologies
Acquire expertise on CHRISTUS Health Information Systems and report/data extraction platforms.
Recommends areas for investigation based on topical regional issues, leading practice improvement needs and initiatives
