Department: Human Resources
This role will be responsible for all components of Recruitment Marketing. It will play a key role in attracting top talent to the NCH Healthcare System by building a strong social media presence and other strategic marketing and recruitment initiatives. This includes content marketing, email nurturing, social recruiting, mobile recruiting, career website, employee referrals, talent networks, job marketing, employer branding, recruiting events, recruiting analytics through our ATS and CRM. This role will drive all tools and creative ideas the talent acquisition team uses to find, attract, engage and nurture leads in order to convert them into more qualified applicants to fill jobs now and in the future.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least two years of experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates
- Strong computer and technology skills, including using ATS and CRM systems
- Employer branding and/or recruitment marketing experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in digital marketing, remarketing, email campaigns, and social marketing
- Prefer editorial experience
- A creative and analytical skill set is encouraged
