ORGANIZATIONAL LOCATION: This position is located in the Behavioral Health Department of the Ft. Thompson IHS Health Center. The position is that of a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis and experience in individual and family-centered preventive and intervention approaches, mental health, and substance abuse, and family practice. Serves on an interdisciplinary treatment team and the behavioral health and primary care integration of care approach in the ambulatory health care setting that provides a therapy-oriented program for community-based patients and for inpatients to smooth their transition from total to partial hospitalization.
