We are seeking a Clinic Manager Senior in scenic Eugene, Oregon. In this role you will be leading three Urgent Care clinics in Eugene/Springfield, working with a fabulous group of 20 providers and 70 caregivers.
The manager will focus on provider, caregiver, and patient satisfaction, maintaining efficient workflows, successfully implementing innovative processes, and being responsible to meet financial and operational targets. These clinics are all expanding and growing and we need an innovative manager who can help lead the effort.
The ideal candidate will have five years or more management experience in urgent care, emergency room, or walk-in/ same day clinic. We will also consider previous primary care clinic management experience. Clinical background beneficial but not required. Must have superb organizational skills and the ability to use critical thinking skills to prioritize. Creativity, optimism, and flexibility are a must!
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business and/or healthcare management preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the caregiver with the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
- Requires 5 years or more of progressively responsible leadership experience required including a minimum of four years of clinic and/or clinical operations management or equivalent healthcare management experience.
