Seattle, Washington \- Seeking an exemplary Palliative Care nurse practitioner or physician assistant\. Part\-time position \(0\.5 FTE\) with option to expand to full\-time after two to three years\. Three to five years of experience is preferred\. Candidate will work primarily in an outpatient clinic with occasional inpatient visits and will deliver care through assessment of patient's care needs, education, access to resources, and quality of life advocacy\. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative team with a physician lead\. The clinician will participate in care conferences with clinic physicians and coordinate care with designated LCSWs and other support services\. Includes the opportunity to educate others in the field of palliative care and be a part of developing primary palliative care initiatives\.
