Job Summary: The Quality Administrator is responsible for the administrative oversight of the Colbert and Williams Consent Decree processes and issues. He/she will work collaboratively with ACT and CST program staff to ensure proper assignment of Colbert/Williams clients and that adequate documentation is completed on an ongoing basis of client progress and staff activities. The Quality Administrator is responsible for all state reporting requirements for the Colbert/Williams clients, which includes the completion of both paper and electronic reports and presence at Colbert/Williams meetings, including phone meetings. He/she is responsible for tracking all deliverables for Colbert/Williams clients including, but not limited to, housing, entitlements/benefits, medications, and linkages.
