Positions available for a Medical Officer in the Emergency Department at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona. Emergency will provide direct patient care, patient consultation services and defined medical procedures in the specialty.
WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED: U.S. Citizens, Current and Former competitive service Federal employees, active U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, Indian Preference and Veteran Preference candidates.
Multiple appointment types as positions may be filled as Permanent, Term or Temporary appointments. The Agency has the option of extending Term appointments for up to 4 years.
Positions may be filled as Full-time, Part-time, or Intermittent work schedules.
Positions may be filled at ANY of the grade levels indicated in this announcement, without promotion potential as vacancies occur.
TITLE 38 MARKET PAY: Specific salary information for medical specialties.
GS-13: $180,000 to $300,000 range.
GS-14: $180,000 to $300,000 range.
GS-15: $185,000 to $300,000 range
This position requires that you obtain and maintain clinical privileges. If they are not obtained or maintained during employment, the employee may be subject to adverse actions, up to and including removal from the Federal service.
