Manager of Medical Staff Services
Provides leadership, direction and management of the day to day operations of the Treasure Valley Medical Staff Services (MSS) Department and Medical Staff Performance Improvement Department to ensure continuous improvement, compliance with standards, and impeccable customer service. This includes effectively managing and achieving ongoing quality and efficiency, as well as identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems. Serves as a facilitator and an essential link between the West Region Director of Medical Staff Services, Treasure Valley Medical Staff Services Department, Treasure Valley medical staff leadership, and executive leadership.
- Bachelor Degree required. 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- With or without a degree, a total of 5 years of relevant Medical Staff Services experience
- National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) Certification preferred or certification within three years of start date.
