Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs serve children, adolescents, and families who have significant behavioral, social, daily living, and communication needs.

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in the Portsmouth, VA  area:

• The BCaBA serves as a clinical supervisor as outlined by the BACB, Board of Medicine and DMAS regulations. The BCaBA/LBA serves as a positive role model/supervisor for clinicians/RBT,  for children/adolescents, parents and caregivers, any outside agencies and school personnel and contributes to formulation and implementation of the treatment plan and monitors it for effectiveness and generalization.
• The BCaBA/LABA provides individualized services to include teaching communication skills, prosocial skills, daily living skills, while decreasing maladaptive behaviors by teaching functionally equivalent replacement behaviors.  
• The BCaBA/LABA travels throughout the community to provide applied behavior analysis and clinician/RBT supervision in the home and community.
