Hartgrove Behavioral Health System is a 160-bed leading psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services for its diverse population of children, adolescents and adults. Hartgrove is a Joint Commission accredited and state licensed facility focused on short-term crisis stabilization programs. We provide fully accredited educational programs, comprehensive Behavioral Health services, along with an array of additional services, while utilizing a holistic treatment approach.
The Hospital is seeking fee-for-service therapists to provide individual and family therapy services within our community partnerships at two school sites in the Chicagoland area. The first partnership is with Community High School District (CHSD 218) located in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Therapists in this partnership provide individual and family therapy to adolescent and young adult clients during afterschool and evening hours. The second partnership is with Valley View School District (VVSD) 365U located in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Therapists in this partnership provide individual and family therapy to children and pre-adolescents during the school day. Applicants may apply to one or both locations. This partnership provides all overhead expenses for the therapist, including office space, supplies, billing and reimbursement services, and assistance with insurance credentialing.
The primary responsibilities are as follows:
Provide individual and family therapy services to clients of Hartgrove's community partnerships with CHSD 218 and/or VVSD 365U
Develop and maintain a clinical caseload while working alongside support staff for scheduling and appointment availability
Maintain and submit appropriate documentation as well as billing submission under the standards of the partnership
To assure compliance with applicable laws pertaining to psychiatric treatments
To provide a safe, secure, therapeutic and professional environment at all times
