Kingwood Pines Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Outpatient Services. The Director of Outpatient Services provides leadership and strategic planning of the social services programs offered at the facility and ensures that programs meet the needs of the community and the facility's performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include administrative processes and management systems for outpatient services offered at the facility. Key Responsibilities Include: - Oversees, manages and directs all operational aspects of the Outpatient Services department.
- Collaborates with other hospital leaders to ensure the delivery of appropriate and effective treatment programs and activities.
- Manages department staff and assets to ensure efficient and effective delivery of department services.
- Actively engages in the hospitals continuous quality improvement process.
- Actively engages in and promotes the hospital's Service Excellence program.
