Primary function will be to manage wayfinding and signage for the AIDHC campus and all Delaware Valley locations including interior and exterior. Incumbent will be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining sign and wayfinding standards. In the role, the incumbent will be involved with AIDHC and Delaware Valley small and large scale projects to ensure proper signage is procured and installed. This manager will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing signage throughout the campus and all Delaware Valley offsite locations. The position is expected to develop the budget, process POs & Contracts and track costs. Act as point person for permit process with local authorities having jurisdiction. Coordinate installation including temporary & detour signage.
The manager will be responsible for maintaining and updating approved vendors that can create and install signage.
The manager will be involved planning and project design from a wayfinding and signage perspective.
The supervisor will be required to manage his/her day.
Will work closely with project managers and end users in order to complete assigned projects.
Maintain updated plans of all installed and planned signage.
Coordinate temporary signage and detour signage, as appropriate.
Develop budgets, process POs, process Contracts and track costs.
Coordinate signage permit applications with authorities having jurisdiction.
Associates Degree Required
1-3 years of job related experience.
