Assistant Teaching Professor of Global Health

Applicants must have a doctoral degree (PhD, ScD, DrPH, MD or equivalent) in a field relevant to health sciences. Candidates with strong methodological and analytic skills useful in solving complex global health problems are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate students, serve on departmental and university committees, and mentor students, including guiding capstone projects and dissertation research. Teaching faculty are expected to engage in curriculum development and assessment; classroom and, potentially, online teaching. Additionally, engagement in scholarship and/or research is encouraged. Applicants should have a demonstrated history of innovation and excellence in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels. Salary will be commensurate with education, training, and background; compensation will include an outstanding benefits package. Starting date for this position is August, 2020.
