Northeastern University’s Bouvé College of Health Sciences, Department of Health Sciences, is seeking one full-time, non-tenure track Assistant Teaching Professor of Global Healthto join our faculty. The successful candidate will join an inter-professional, multi-disciplinary faculty committed to excellence in both teaching and research, in public health and health sciences more broadly. We seek individuals who specialize in global public health. Some examples of possible specialty areas include global disease surveillance, climate change, global health policy and area-based studies.

In addition to strong interest in Global Health from students in the Health Sciences major and each of the graduate programs, students from other colleges and departments minor in Global Health and choose Global Health capstone or PhD dissertation topics that utilize data from around the world. The undergraduate and graduate curricula include courses in global health at all levels and include global perspectives on many public health and health care issues within courses.
