JOB TITLE: Associate Accountant, Revenue Capture Reconciliation LOCATION: Buckhorn Office Building DEPARTMENT: Revenue Capture WORK SCHEDULE: Days (M-F; 7:30AM – 4:00PM, no weekends or holidays) WORK TYPE: Full Time (1.0 FTE)
JOB SUMMARY: Develops and implements new reconciliation data extracts, formulating report structure and data elements. Responsible for creation and assisting with reporting tasks related to project completion including analysis, testing, documentation, problem resolution and implementation of solutions as they apply to the organization's strategy. Utilizes Lean Six Sigma techniques. Works closely with all levels of staff and customers to determine reporting needs and requirements. Ensures that requested reports are created accurately and in a timely manner. SPECIFIC POITION DUTIES: Serves as point of contact for reconciliation projects and associated departments responsibilities and assists management in the establishment of operational processes. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Exceptional quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills to evaluate all aspects of a problem or opportunity. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required.
