Position Summary: Assists the Special Diagnostics Team (SD) in coordinating office services. Provides direction to EKG staff and provides assistance to diagnostics staff and physicians in a positive and professional manner. Maintains excellent organizational and communication skills in dealing with physicians, patients, public, and members of the hospital staff where assertive, but tactful demeanor is required. Maintains confidential files of correspondence and statistical reports and documents relative to operation and prepares confidential correspondence for the Special Diagnostics department with little or no direction. Coordinates, assists and advises on a variety of meetings, seminars, services and/or programs.(Special Diagnostics, RT, EKG, EEG, ECHO, Sleep, PFT, Stress, Emergency Management)
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years previous secretarial experience preferred
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Able to work computer, type, and organize office
