Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician with preferred experience to join our established practice at Franciscan Physician Network Winfield Health Center located in Crown Point, Indiana.

Ideal candidate will have a strong interest working in an ambulatory outpatient clinic setting with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Physician will display exceptional interpersonal skills and have a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.

• 36 hour of patient contact & 4 hours of administrative 
  • One late evening per week
  • One Saturday per month 
• No call expectation
• Average outpatient volume: 15 – 20 patients per day
• Will oversee and collaborate with Nurse Practitioner
• Busy and established practice

  • DM
  • HTN
  • COPD
  • Wellness Visits
