Ideal candidate is a Board Eligible/Board Certified IM or FM physician with a strong focus on clinical excellence, teamwork and patient satisfaction.  Physician will join a strong and growing team at our Franciscan Health Mooresville location.

Franciscan Health Mooresville is a top 10 joint replacement hospital in the nation and part of the 12 hospital Franciscan system. Candidate will join a close-knit medical staff with stable a nursing team.

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.  Physician will need to work collaboratively with patients and their surgeons to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of care reducing the risk of surgical complications.

• 3 weeks: Inpatient acute care—general medical and post-operative management, including open ICU
• 1 week: Pre-operative evaluation clinic
• 1 week: OFF
• 1 weekend of coverage every 5 weeks and shared weekday on-call coverage (to back-up nocturnist NP)
• Holidays rotate 1 in 5
