Responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts focusing on physicians, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners in the hospital�s/market�s service areas (collectively, Physicians) to best grow and develop hospital/hospitals service lines as described in Tenet�s Guidance on Creation and Enhancement of Service Lines at Hospitals and the hospital business plans. The position primarily focuses on educating Physicians on pre-specified service lines, with the goal of increasing the selection of our services by Physicians due to our high standards for clinical quality and service. Work to be performed in compliance with the Company�s Standards of Conduct and policies and procedures, particularly those involving referral source arrangements.
