Senior Program Coordinator of Health Professions Education

Association’s Mission: To lead and position community clinics, health centers and networks through advocacy, education, and services as key players in the health care delivery system to improve the health status of their communities. Purpose of Position: To support the implementation of programs and projects, including training and technical assistance efforts, which enhances the capabilities of community health centers to train and develop diverse and culturally responsive future health professionals, as well as to advance the work of the Association. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Support the assessment of, and provide technical assistance and training to, community health centers as they determine their capacity and readiness to train future healthcare professional Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Strong project and program management expertise including implementation and evaluation
Additional Responsibilities: 1. Attends and participates in required Association meetings. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum three years of project or program management experience. Experience with community health centers, member-driven associations or non-profit organizations is also preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
