The Department of Neurological Sciences at Rush University Medical Center is growing and looking to add BC/BE academic and community Neurologists to their downtown Main Campus location. The Main Campus general neurology practice current team includes 8 academic clinical neurologists that have a variety of clinical and academic interests, each with extensive experience caring for patients with a wide range of neurological problems in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Candidates will have a faculty appointment and join the Department of Neurological Sciences at Rush University Medical Center. All opportunities will include outpatient and inpatient settings and a chance to see a wide variety of neurological diagnoses. Teaching and research opportunities are also available if desired by the candidate. Qualified candidates must be graduates from an ACGME-accredited neurology residency and must be board certified in neurology. Outstanding clinical skills are required. The Rush Department of Neurological Sciences is a large academic department with more than 100 faculty, spanning across neurologic specialties, giving the opportunity for the MS Center to collaborate with other neurology specialists. Rush has made a commitment to significantly grow the neuroscience program and footprint regionally and nationally, including with a new ambulatory building scheduled to open in 2022.
