Reporting to the Shift Manager of the assigned area, the Clinical Services Technician (CST) performs duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse. Responsible for providing high quality individualized basic care activities within the Clinical Services Technician scope of practice. This individual ensures a safe, healthy environment that encourages socialization and empowerment. This position is subject to overtime, weekend, holiday and shift work, standby, and callback assignments.
Qualifications:

BLS -
1+ yrs Inpatient Behavioral Health experience or an associate degree in a Social Science field with 6+ months experience in an inpatient facility or working with chronic mentally ill patients.
