Manager Nursing Professional Development
JOB SUMMARYThe Manager, Nursing Professional Development, is responsible for developing, coordinating and evaluating Hospital-wide education programs for Nursing and other professionals. Works within Association Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) Scope and Standards in the development of educational strategies aligned with current practice trends, quality initiatives, and regulatory requirements. Leads education, research, and performance improvement activities to drive improved patient, staff and organizational outcome.
