Responsible for the overall leadership and management of either a home health or hospice agency, including meeting established goals and outcomes, ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance, directing and coordinating work and financial and operational stability. May be responsible for coordinating sales and marketing for the agency, optimizing customer service and satisfaction. Creates and maintains a culture of safety for employees and clients.
