Description Role Summary: We are hiring for clinical recruiters for the Adult Patient Hospital and Clinics. The position of Senior Talent Consultant role achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates independently. Provides the best quality service to hiring managers and job candidates through sourcing and selection. Acts as a resource to other Talent Operations colleagues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts strategy sessions and analyzes requirements of open positions in collaboration with the hiring manager. Builds pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, targeted outreach and recruitment
