Staff Psychologist (DBT Coordinator)
The primary job functions of Psychologists in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at this level include the provision of direct psychological patient care, consultation services on difficult or complex cases, and education of staff and trainee supervision. The Psychologist applies advanced professional psychological diagnostic methods and evidence-based intervention strategies to a full range of patient problems in his/her work setting. Duties include but not limited to: Adherently delivers comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and advances the team's fidelity to the model. Conducts and teaches empirically supported treatments for PTSD, depression, anxiety and other presenting concerns and mental health diagnoses in an outpatient setting.
