This position serves as the Food Service Worker Supervisor and is assigned a rotating tour of duty at the Temple, Texas facility. Major duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for quality and quantity of work performed by Food Service Workers. Plans the order in which routine food service work must be done. Sets deadlines and priorities for jobs, taking into consideration general work schedules, methods, and established policies and procedures. Plans and coordinates the maintenance and cleaning procedures to be followed routinely to ensure safe and sanitary conditions in all food service areas, i.e., tray, serving areas, dishwashing areas, etc. Submits as assigned, reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis for equipment and facility w
