OHSU School of Nursing has been nationally recognized by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Campaign for Action as one of six schools with a promising model for educating nurses for population health practice and leadership. I-CAN is an innovative interprofessional education and collaborative practice program that provides community-based, interprofessional care coordination to socially isolated and vulnerable people and populations.
