ER RN Float Pool - Float Differential and $20K Sign-On
Provides direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned patients. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
**Additional shift differential pay for Float Pool**
â�¢ Minimum of 2 years of ED experience
â�¢ Not currently in performance management for attendance/punctuality and/or overall performance
â�¢ Float between Rock Hill ED, Gold Hill ED, and ED Transition Unit (Fort Mill ED to come)
