Director, Compliance Risk Assessment and Remediation

The Director of Compliance Risk Assessment and Remediation is responsible for planning, organizing directing and coordinating various functions and operations pertaining to the compliance departmentâ��s risk assessment, analysis, audit and response activities/work plan. The Director will develop, coordinate and administer systematic compliance department risk assessments, and audits; perform analysis of identified risk data, audits and other data; and facilitate the development and distribution of work plans and collection tools. The Director will prepare summary reports for presentation to Tenetâ��s Enterprise Risk and Oversight Committee, Executive Leadership, and Board of Directors.
The successful candidate will be recognized for demonstrated knowledge in compliance process improvement and the requirements of Federal healthcare programs
Relevant experience may include past healthcare clinical, legal, auditing or compliance roles
Strong leadership skills
Ability to interact with all levels of company management
Clear, concise and persuasive writing and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and an orientation to deadlines and detail
A Bachelorâ��s Degree required, Masterâ��s preferred. Strong preference for at least two years experience in healthcare compliance risk mitigation planning, preferably for a large, multi-faceted healthcare company.
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), preferred
