Data Reporting and Business Analyst Specialist with experience in Oracle HCM Extracts and Reporting, SQL databases, SSRS, Tableau, and MS Access is needed for the HR group of a major healthcare organization. This data analyst role is part of the HR Reporting & Analytics Team. While experience with HR data is preferred, the successful candidate must have strong analysis experience and demonstrate proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio, gathering and interpreting complex business requirements to create complex custom reports and solutions. The Data Specialist will perform data extraction from SQL Server databases; using MS Access; and MS Excel. Build and support various HR dashboards using Oracle and Tableau.

Bachelor's degree required in Business related field (Information Systems preferred), equivalent experience considered
