Primary responsibilities include development and application of statistical methods for analyzing microbiome sequencing data. Examples of ongoing projects include analyzing longitudinal microbiome data, microbiome data with survival outcomes, and multi-omics data such as microbiome and metabolomic data. The successful applicant will also have opportunities to develop statistical methods for other omics data such as genetic and genomic data, and will also be welcome topursue independent research topics of mutual interest.
