JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of Case Management (MCM) is accountable for the operational management of an assigned area for assisting the Director of Case Management with human resource, quality, and financial management of assigned area. The MCM oversees implementation of case management functions in assigned area. The MCM serves as a clinical leader and resource in case managment. This manager assists the director with the implementation of plans and policies, and adherence to standards. The MCM assists with evaluation and reports relevant to achievement of goals. The MCM provides oversight to ensure area staff utilization patterns are congruent to standards.
