Description JOB SUMMARY: In depth review of patient history including disease presentation, diagnosis, staging, pre-transplant therapy responses, status at transplant and determination of transplant outcomes including toxicity identification and grading, disease response, survival and quality of life. Monitor all disease or toxicity related evaluations (clinical labs, radiology etc.) whether performed at VUMC or an outside institution. This role has the potential for the candidate to work remote with training being on site.
