Qualifications

• Experienced in Autism and ADHD Diagnosis and Medication Management for under 5-year old
• Current California State NP or PA License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only) Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
• Active DEA registration
