The Instructional Designer II (ID-II) facilitates the planning, design, development, and delivery of high-quality, technology-enabled discovery and learning experiences. The Instructional Designer will work closely with educational leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) in delivering all modalities including technology enhanced face-to-face courses, web-based, virtual and/or blended courses and programs in accordance with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and current research. The ID-II will have responsibility for instructional design, project management, and collaboration with SMEs to develop instructional materials to support transformation in curriculum design, innovative use of technology, and enhanced learning outcomes.
