UI/UX Designers require a broad understanding of computer languages used within MemorialCare. UI/UX Designers must be well-versed with new and emerging trends within the digital marketplace. They must demonstrate facilitative leadership abilities to engage with end-users, and cross functional teams to ensure a simple consumer experience with the product. The position drives best practices and adopts best-in-class digital user designs at MemorialCare.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
Identify target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs.
Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user.
Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
Maintain a competitive edge against industry, business, and strategic trends.
Understand product specifications and user psychology and predict what will accommodate both.
Anticipate digital user needs and improve user experiences.
Work closely with Developers and Principal Solution Architects to create easy to use products that align with established architecture and process flows for digital users to engage with the Health System.
