St. Lukes Health System in Boise is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Complianceteam.

Position Summary
The Senior Program Manager works with assigned operating units or significant programs to manage processes, procedures and reporting to assure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services(CMS) and other government program requirements. The Program Manager may also partner with assigned operating units to manage other compliance objectives.

To support the important work of the St. Lukes Health Plan, a newly established Idaho Health Plan, we are lookingfor a Senior Compliance Program Manager to join our team. As a Senior Compliance Program Manager, this position will research, interpret, and evaluate laws, regulations, standards, and industry best practices and provide leadership and oversight of accreditation and regulatory body matters under the direction of the Sr. Compliance Director.This position will need to become an expert in the regulatory requirements of the Idaho Department of Insurance, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and requirements of Health Plan-related accrediting bodies.
