Description

Content development and project-based support for the Communications function within Marketing & Communications at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Writing, editing and attention to detail will be essential to this role.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

???Content Creation

Develops stories and content for publishing on various communications platforms.
Writes and completes project-specific work and manages process from A-Z.

???Production

Author and edit communication pieces as assigned, including but not limited to: patient stories, biographies, presentations, executive summaries, talking points, proposals and leave-behind documents.
Interview employees, patient families and craft compelling stories.
Ensure adherence to style guidelines.

???Customer Service

Responds to requests quickly and effectively; appropriately pulls in additional resources and personnel to respond to issues; effectively communicates/works with team members.
Identifies and understands customer needs and expectations and meets them; accurately gauging how to satisfy these requirements.
Develops effective relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

Bachelor's degree (in progress) in a related field
0 - 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
