The Float Pool Nurse Manager will assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. S/he will manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. S/he will perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. S/he will monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
