St. Lukes is seeking a full time licensed and experienced Social Worker to join our Palliative Care team.

A growing Palliative & Supportive Care Team expanding in both the inpatient and outpatient settings assisting patients with mental, familial, and medical needs. Our interdisciplinary team consists of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Nursing, and Medical Assistant in an effort to provide collaborative, comprehensive care to patients and their family/support group. This fast-growing specialty is well-supported with passionate team members and physician leadership
