While performing all aspects of the position of providing treatment and care to the specific age of patients served, this position will assess the developmental needs for staff and will plan, organize, perform, and creates educational programs or in-services to address those needs. Coordinates patient care and interaction of staff. Serves as primary support and resource for staff and patients and assists the Nursing Professional Development Practitioner, Registered Nurse Clinical Team Coordinator, and Operations Manager in serving as unit trainer/preceptor in collaboration with others. Responsible for ensuring the very best patient and family experience by optimizing all customer interaction.

Manages and leads unit orientation, by serving as the orientees' mentor, coach, and preceptor, completing of new orientees' orientation paperwork, reviewing orientees' progress weekly with Registered Nurse Clinical Team Coordinator/Nursing Professional Development Practitioner
Identifies developmental needs for staff and communicates information to the appropriate leader.
Submits necessary documentation to Operations Manager, of performance in the Career Enhancement Program as part of the Career Enhancement Program application process, annually, prior to performance evaluation.

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required), Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred)
