'ROR' Capacity Building Manager (Administrator I)
The mission of the Maryland Department of Health (MDH)'s Prevention and Health Promotion Administration (PHPA)'s Infectious Disease Prevention and Health Services Bureau (IDPHSB) is to reduce the transmission of HIV and help Marylanders living with HIV/AIDS have longer and healthier lives. The IDPHSB is dedicated to primary and secondary prevention of HIV transmission in Maryland. In partnership with impacted communities, the Bureau develops, funds, and evaluates effective Adult Viral Hepatitis, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), and HIV prevention and treatment programs. The Bureau also provides training, support, and technical assistance, in order to develop the capacity of agencies and individuals to successfully deliver those interventions and services. PH
