Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, -Palliative Care Clinician at Morristown Medical Center. Will perform comprehensive health histories and physical assessments of patients living with serious illness; incorporate holistic aspects of the patientsa care and accurate documentation of findings in a timely manner; employ skilled and meticulous symptom management, and continuum of care planning.
